55bwn will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from 55bwn that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify 55bwn immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 55bwn shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have neglected to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.
55bwn strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your standard login credentials.
55bwn accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Land Bank, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 55bwn does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered to the depositing player will be returned and may result in account review.
55bwn does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own fees, for which 55bwn bears no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network, typically within seconds for e-wallet transfers.
55bwn reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion, particularly for large deposit amounts, as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations under Philippine law.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your 55bwn account. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your account under your legal name.
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. 55bwn reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, source of funds review, or bonus wagering requirement compliance checks.

55bwn reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day. High-volume withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, collusive play, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 55bwn.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically the Regional Trial Courts of Metro Manila, Quezon City Branch, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint in writing to 55bwn's support team and allow a 30-day period for resolution. 55bwn is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
55bwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance or legal reasons.
